Parent's Notify
If you are seeking a specialised school place for your child, you must notify the National Council for Special Education (NCSE). The parent’s notify portal is now open for families to contact the NCSE if they are seeking specialised educational placement for the 2027/2028 school year.

Families are advised to contact the NCSE before September 1st 2026. The eligibility letter from the NCSE must accompany a child’s application for enrolment for a Special Class or Special School placement.
